Spraying and Drying Towers
Spray drying is commonly used in food and beverage applications. In a standard installation‚ a thermal liquid is transferred to and from a heat recovery exchanger to a pre heater/main heater. The pre-heater/main heater provides heat to the air which dries the required substrate into a powder form.
Thermal oil centrifugal pumps are the common pump of choice here.
